We have a multidisciplinary team with more than 30 years of experience, a versatile group that helps us identify investment opportunities and develop them with high standards and clearly identified methodologies. Our specialization begins with the development of integrated master plans that later become a land reserve for the future development of specific projects, capitalizing high returns during the whole process. We currently have presence in Mexico. Spain, and Belize. In Mexico, we are mainly focused on markets with high tourism demand (Cancún, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Los Cabos). which are the most dynamic destinations in the country and where prices are indexed in US dollars, offering a natural currency hedge.
Sancus Capital is an independent investment management firm focused on the creation and management of investment platforms mainly in real estate, renewable energy, and venture capital with over US$2,500M AUM in Europe and Latin America. In real estate, Sancus’ team participated in the creation of RLH Properties, listed company focused on the development and acquisition of luxury hotels in Spain and Mexico with over US$1,000M of market cap. Additionally, Sancus manages and investment vehicle that owns and develops Ciudad Mayakoba, a sustainable master planned community with over 15,000 residential units along with top-of-the-line infrastructure, services, and amenities. In renewable energy, the team has invested over US$800M in solar and wind energy projects in Mexico with over 500MV in operation. Additionally, Sancus recently raised a new vehicle with over EUR 120M to invest in green energy projects in Europe.
